He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Herzog and Doris Herzog (Thompson); his granddaughter Terestina Ann Steele; and his brother Greg Herzog. He is survived by: his spouse Connie Marshall; his daughters, Nicia Ray (Steven) of Kenton and Teresa Triplett (Matt) of Kenton; his grandchildren, Dustin Ray (Shelby) of Kenton, Garrett Ray (Mackenzie) of Kenton and Nathen Steele of Kenton; his great grandchildren, Camrie Ray and Remington Ray; his siblings-in-law, Bob Marshall (Jean) of Lima and Norma Herzog of Forest; and his pets, Ginger and Tiki. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Ohio Health Hospice (Marion) or to Not By Choice Outreach (Kenton).
