It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Allen Hughes of Kenton, Ohio, who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Hughes and Katherine Hughes (Stalter); his children, Cory Hughes of Carey and Paula Priest (Andy) of Columbus; his stepchildren, Eric Barhorst of Columbus, Chad Barhorst of Piqua and Sherry Smith (Heath) of Piqua; his stepgrandchildren, Brad, Cody, Chase Smith, Callie and Courtney Barhorst; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Peyton and Bryce Smith; his brother Gordon Hughes; and also, Darla Bloom and Carole Hahn.
Memorials may be made the Marseilles United Methodist Church or the Shriner's Hospital and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
