He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cummings (Sallee); his son Scott Cummings (Kylie) of Lima; his grandchildren, Makenna Cummmings and Jace Cummings of Lima; his siblings, Christy Gray (Stuart) of Richwood, OH., Marvin Sallee (Judy) of Kenton and Betty Fay of Kenton; his stepmother Marlene Cummings of Mt; his close friends, Jeff Mueck (Sylvia) of Mansfield, OH and Border Collie; and also Phyllis Cummings of Lima. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
