He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Griffith and Mazie Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Jane Griffith; his children, Jennifer Griffith (Christian Kawalek) of Hawaii, Charles Giffith (Liz) of Twinsburg and Jason Griffith (Julia) of Maryland; his granddaughters, Addison, Reagan, Amelia and Lila; his cousins, John Griffith of Virginia, Richard Horsfield of Hartville and Tom Griffith of Kent; and his brothers-in-law, John Gambaccini (Carol), Jerry Gambaccini (Ann) and Douglas Hiestand (late Jean). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bissler and Sons Funeral Home (628 W Main St, Kent, OH 44240). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made, in his name, to the Freedom House, 1213 Anita Dr. Kent, OH 44240.
