She is survived by: her brother Bobby Lewis; her daughters, Kathy Haymaker and Karen (Jeff Schweizer); and her grandchildren, Tracy, Lucas Brown, Dianna, Jeromy Young, Teresa, Bill Hardwick, Renee, Josh McDonald, Melanie, Dan Anderson, Erin Schweizer, Valerie, David Schweizer-Robinson and Amy Schweizer. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
