He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wortman and Laura Wortman (Glasgow); his sons, Walt and Rickie Jo Wortman (Terri Caudill); and his siblings, William Harper Sr., Jack Wortman, Laura June Crow, Virginia Schade, Betty Meager and Helen McHenry.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Randy (Wanda), Kelly, Rocky (Raquel) and Todd Wortman (Terri); and his brother Charles Wortman (Faith). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
