She is survived by: her husband Patrick Smith; her children, Steven (Michelle) and Tracy; her siblings, Rebecca Thomas, Susan Schlesinger (David) and Michael Thomas (Susan); her grandchildren, Ilyana, Nikita, Caspian, Kaius and Aeden; and her cousin Bruce Woodford (Rebecca). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Terry's name may be made to the American Lung Association.
