She was predeceased by: her parents, William VanHorn and Kathryn VanHorn; her son-in-law Gary Ayers; and her siblings, Carol VanHorn, Billy VanHorn, Mildred Wildman, Merle VanHorn, Chuck VanHorn and Harold VanHorn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Ayers (Jon Black) of Conway and Michelle Gutierrez Sr. (Gabriel) of Kent; her grandchildren, Stephanie Doak (David Matthews), Brandi Medrano (Zak), Gabriel Gutierrez Jr. and Nina Gutierrez; her great grandchildren, Lexi, Pyper, Isabella, Weston and Ellie; her nephew Daniel Spaulding (Tracy); and her friends, Bill, Kris and Davida.
