He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howe and Patricia Howe (Watt); his wife Nancy Dalton Howe; his brother Tracy Howe (Kathy); his uncle John Howe; his aunt Rosemary Modders; his parents-in-law, Bernie Dalton and Dorothy Dalton; his brother-in-law Richard Dalton; and his son-in-law Dennis Wallace.
He is survived by: his children, Nicole Dalton (Matt) and Patrick Howe; his grandchildren, Joe Gibbs (Savannah), Jazmin Wallace, Cayden and Haven Howe; his siblings, George Howe (Jane) and Shannon Mooney (Bob); his sister-in-law Camilla Taylor (Jerry); his nieces and nephews, Kara Howe-Lamonica (Brian), Lindsay Saunders (Mark), Morgan Michel (Jacob), Ann Howe, James (Deanna) and Matt Taylor (Taylor); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryleigh Michel, Molly Taylor, Blake Michel, Nicholas and Ari Taylor.
