He was predeceased by: his parent Prof. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Kreps); his grandson William; and his sisters, Ann Lee Gamble (Hudson), Pat Wilson (Kent), Ellie Wiant of Grand Island, NY and Adelaine Koyle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, and many friends.
