He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Marie Burbick and Bernard Clark Burbick; and his former wife Diane Marie (Hank). He is survived by: his wife Joan; his stepchildren, Brian Dudley (Judy) of Plympton, MA. and Lynda Jacobs of Jupiter, FL.; his sisters, Constance Opritza (Dennis) of Poland, OH., Carole Mazanetz-Elliott (Philip) of Newton Falls, Lisa Johnson (Robert) of Warren and Kim Sechler (Michael) of Warren; his stepsisters, Jan Clark (Dane) of Flowery Branch, Georgia and Lee Ricciardi of Trenton, NJ.; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Abel (James) of Bonney Lake, WA., Linda Dietz (Fritz) of Palmyra, VA. and John Hank of Malibu, CA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
