He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Noyes Tracy and Margaret Bonney Tracy; his wife Marsha; his children, Andrea Weaver of Tarpon Springs, Dr. Larissa Tracy of Richmond, Jeremy Robertson of Pasadena and Tricia Gilliand of Kent, Ohio; his grandchildren, Nathan, Breana Weaver and Seth Gilliand; and his brothers, James Tracy of Invermere, British Columbia and Timothy Tracy of Monterey.
