He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Roe and Bettie Roe; his wife Lorraine; his sisters, Carole Rawson and Linda Taylor; and his brother-in-law Homer Bevington.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Roe (Wes Williamson). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (131 N Canton Rd, Akron, OH 44305). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:15 PM to 1:30 PM at the Restland Cemetery (1333 Tallmadge Rd, Kent, OH 44240).
