He is survived by: his wife Janet Rhoads (Wingard); his children, Richard "Mark" Rhoads (Debbie) and Jill Rhoads (Eric Stahl); and his grandchildren, Erica Loeser (Greg) of Twinsburg, Jamie Murphy (Ben) of Kent, Jeff Rhoads of Lakewood, Brittany Jackson (Boo) of Reading and Brooke Whaley (Corey) of Cuyahoga Falls. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
