He was predeceased by: his wife Lois Mae Ragan; and his brother Samuel Ragan. He is survived by: his friend Roger; and his children, Sharon Polz (Bernie), Robert Ragan (Mindy) and Crematory of Kent. He is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Family of Richard will celebrate him in a private ceremony, and donations can be made in Richard's honor to the Animal Protective League of Portage County.
