He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughters, Beth Klinger (Joe) of Burbank, CA and Katie Russ (Charlie) of Park Ridge, IL.; his mother-in-law Dorothy Lane; his brother Robert King (Renee); and his sisters-in-law, Gaye Goff and Becky Myers (Ed).
