With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Haas of Kent, Ohio, born in Weston, West Virginia, who passed away on June 5, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haas and Mary Haas; and his siblings, Patty Haas, Pam Flynt and Bill Haas.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry; his daughters, Tanya Salopek (Dan) and Tami Haas; his grandchildren, Matthew and Danielle Salopek; his stepdaughters, Carrie Ward and Chris Doehring; and his siblings, Steve Haas, Til Haas and Frances Heeter.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
