He is survived by: his siblings, Ronald Adamek, Richard Adamek (Terri) and Nancy Gray; and his children, Mary Hermelin (Gary), Anne McKinney (Derrick), Dr. Margaret Adamek (Eddie Johnson), Dr. Peter Adamek (Terri Coyne), Catherine Thier (Ron), Elizabeth Heisey (Kevin), Paul Adamek (Susan), Dr. Philip Adamek, Patrick Adamek (Julie), Rachel Scott (Bruce) and John Adamek (Missy Crawford). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
