She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Smith and Dora Belle Smith; her husband Charles Green Sr.; her grandmother Lucy Scrutchins; her siblings, Edward Smith Jr., Joseph Smith, Sultan Muhammad, Odessa Lee and Beatrice Carroll; her nieces and nephews, Sandra Robertson, Brenda Carroll, Marsha Carroll, Terry Clark, Roosevelt Simpson, Raymond Lee and Ted Carroll; and her siblings-in-law, Ellis Golden, Eddie Leonard, Tommie Lee and Edna Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Green Jr., William Harris and Dora R. Green; her granddaughter Erica Mudd; her sisters, Gloria Lee, Lucy Golden and Ernestine Leonard; her sister-in-law Mary Muhammad; and also, Chuck, Deirdre Richie and Geraldine Wright.
