He was predeceased by: his parents, Marina Kousaie and Michael Kousaie; and his siblings, George, Frank and Gen.

He is survived by: his wife Darlene Stalder; his children, Gwen, Scott (Nancy) and Jim (Kim); and his grandchildren, Jacob (Bailey), Taylor, Rachel, Tyler (Kara) and Drew.

Family request any donations in memory of Philip be made to any Hospice of their choice.
