It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Vargo of Kent, Ohio, born in Alliance, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Leroy Koons and Lois Hulda Newman (Dutton Koons); her siblings, Kenneth "Bud" Koons II and Dorothy "Tottie" Collage; and her half-brother James Koons.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Baker (Kenneth) of Alliance, Patty Jo Ellis of Alliance and Valerie Henry (Warren) of Kent; her grandchildren, J. Christopher Vargo (Tara) of Alliance, Jessica Lundgren (Scott) of Raleigh, Keara Gleason (Chris) of Kent and Kayla Henry (Vik Sharad) of Kent; and her half-sisters, Karen Carroll (James) of Atwater and Susan Koons of Atwater. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
