He was predeceased by: his parents, Dora Johnson Sr. (Lewis) and John Johnson Sr.; and his siblings, John J. Johnson, James Johnson, Philip Johnson, Byron Johnson, Charles Johnson, Dollie Ann Trimble, Amy Blizzard, Hattie Hughes, Virginia Caldwell and Henrietta Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Johnson; his children, Michael Johnson and Lisa Humphrey (Roger); his stepdaughter Anita Clark; and his brother William Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
