He is survived by: his girlfriend Cayla Hermann; his parents, Joan Cardinal and Donald Cardinal; his siblings, Matthew Cardinal, Lisa Thain (Michael), Jimmy Hostetler (Lisa), Reese Cardinal (Kristina) and Heath Cardinal; and his grandmother Mary Ellen Cardinal. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
