He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Martha Loos, Anthony and Mary Josephine Mollica; his uncles, Anthony Mollica, Jr. and Michael Mollica; and his aunt Carolyn 'Betty' Compton (Eisenhut).
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his daughters, Samantha, Holly and Makayla; his parents, Robert Josephine and Mary Josephine; his siblings, Kimatha Hurst (George) and Christopher Loos; and his aunts, Sandra Smith, Loretta Carlisle (Robert), Patricia Drapcho (Robert), Kathleen Tyrrell (Edward), Theresa Holden (Ross), Dolores Olechnowicz (Tom), Eileen Mollica (Jeff Schaefer), Anne Marie Carroll (Jerry) and Gina Koncz (Jeff). He is also survived by cousins and close friends, and caring in-laws.
