She was predeceased by: her parents, John Zolton and Gertrude Zolton; her husband Richard Gauer; her grandson James Starr; and her sister Helen Roa (John).
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Swisher (Kenneth) of Smithville, OH; and her great grandchildren, Ashley and Trent Starr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (313 N Depeyster St, Kent, OH 44240). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
