It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Neel of Kent, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Taylor and Vada Taylor (Miedel); her husband Jasper Neel; her sister Doris Dillon; her brother-in-law Leroy; her brother Richard Taylor; her sister-in-law Mary; her brothers, Edwin Taylor and Howard Taylor; and her siblings-in-law, Emma, Bernice, Juanita Weekley (Neel), Gailen Weekley, Virginia Murray (Neel) and Jack Murray.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Neel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
