He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Lemmons and Margaret Lemmons (West); and his sister Betty Lemmons Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lemmons (Warner); his children, Kevin Lowell Lemmons (Pam) and Rossetta Lemmons Howard (Mark); his grandchildren, Sheena Lemmons of Phoenix, AZ, Heather Lemmons (James Rudish) of Mogadore, OH and Donald Lowell Lemmons (Serenity) of Rootstown, OH; his great grandchildren, Finnie Patton, Aeris Lemmons, Lydia Rose Rudish and Arlo Lowell Lemmons; his brother-in-law Dick Crawford; and his friends, Karen and Don Upson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Brimfield Methodist Church, where he was a member for almost 50 years, as well as handyman, trustee and a member of United Methodist Men.
