He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Gyulai Sr. (Kovach) and Louis Gyulai Sr.; and his siblings, James Gyulai and Matilda Varga. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Gyulai; and his children, John Gyulai, Matthew Gyulai (Alicia), Mike Gyulai (Leslie Rose), Nathaniel Gyulai (Anna) and Elizabeth Gyulai.
