She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Polistena and Carmela Polistena; her husband Giuseppe Carbone; and her brother Edwardo Polistena. She is survived by: her close friend Angela Panetta; her sons, David Carbone (Jamie) and Alex Carbone; her grandchildren, Andrew and Abby Carbone; her siblings, Umberto Polistena (Francesca), Renato Polistena (Illia) and Sofia Polistena (Giuseppe); and her brother-in-law John Carbone (Anna Maria). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Patrick Catholic Church or Summa Hospice.
