He is survived by: his parents, James D. Kolb and Marian M. Kolb; his wife Valerie; his sons, Eric (Caryl Kolb) and Jason (Amy Kolb); his grandchildren, Leslie, Curtis, Evan, Daniel, Luke, Noah and Grace; his sister Jeannie Ferrell; his sister-in-law Shirley Kolb; and also Gary Kolb.
