He is survived by: his wife Donna Ketcham; his sons, Kris (Lisa), Kasey (Betsy) and Kurt (Erin); his grandchildren, Wyatt, Luke, Kira, Meradith, Parker, Kinsley and Eavan; and his sister Judy Haughn.
