He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Ruttan and Ethel Ruttan (Speers); his wife Donna Ruttan; his children, Mary Beth Ruttan, Kathleen White (Rock), Susan Valetta (Jay) and Keith Christopher Ruttan (Jeannette); his grandchildren, Allison Valetta, Christopher Valetta, Emma Valetta, Elizabeth Valetta, Andrew Valetta, Jenna White, Lauren White and Oliver Ruttan; and his siblings, Howard Ruttan (Kate), Helen Angus and Ross Ruttan.
