She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Perkinson and Marion Perkinson; her siblings, Joan Heary and David Perkinson; and her grandsons, Benjamin Adamek and Jacob Adamek.

She is survived by: her husband Raymond J. Adamek; her sisters, Mary Caryl Perkinson and Jeré Ann Sonderman; and her children, Mary Hermelin (Gary), Anne McKinney (Derrick), Dr. Margaret Adamek (Eddie Johnson), Dr. Peter Adamek (Terri Coyne), Catherine Thier (Ron), Elizabeth Heisey (Kevin), Paul Adamek, Dr. Philip Adamek, Patrick Adamek (Julie), Rachel Scott (Bruce) and John Adamek (Missy Crawford).
