She was predeceased by: her mother May Konopitski; and her sisters, Susan Konopitski and Carol McGee. She is survived by: her father Leonard Konopitski; and her siblings, Lenny Konopitski, Kathy Wolfe, Linda Konopitski and Mary Stoneking.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Seidman Cancer Center, 11100 Euclid Ave. Cleveland, OH 44106.
