He was predeceased by: his parents, Titus Morocz and Mary Morocz; his grandson Ero Micheal Moritz; and his brothers, Emery and John.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rose Ellis, Marge Kumse, Ann Harris and Ethel Prat; his wife Patricia Moritz (DiSabato); his sons, Mark Moritz (Amy) and Michael Moritz; his granddaughter Olivia Moritz; and his siblings, David Moritz and Monica Kindel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations can be made in Jerome's name to the Shriner's Hospital in Erie, PA or the ASPCA.
