It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jamie Bernadine of Kent, Ohio, born in Ravenna, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2021, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Richard D. Bernadine and Darlene S. Horning (Rhinehart); his son Dominic A. Bernadine (Alaina Schock); his sister Jennifer Angerstien (Bill); his niece Madelyn Angerstien; and his grandfather Richard Rhinehart.
