He was predeceased by: his parents, Mortimer Louis and Olga Louis (Paulsen); his brother Richard; his nephew Paul Louis; and his great-nephew Desmond Singh Louis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Ilcus (Joe) of Jupiter, Susan (Matt Pazderak) of Silver Lake and Karen (Theo Dimitriou) of Los Angeles; his sister-in-law Kristan Louis of Mah Wah, NJ; his nephew Andrew Louis (Rasdy) of Arlington, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Chloe, Joey Ilcus, James Dimitriou, Owen, Ben and Maggie Pazderak.
