James F. Cooney Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James F. Cooney (Kent, Ohio), born in Lancaster, Ohio, who passed away on October 11, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Cooney and Mildred R. Cooney; and his brother Philip Cooney. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Miley Cooney of Kent; his children, Margaret Cooney (James Spilsbury) of Lakewood and Charles Cooney (Whitnie Crown) of Chicago, IL; his granddaughter Katherine Spilsbury; and his sister Virginia Jette of Dayton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
