He was predeceased by: his mother Florence Wornoff Sr. (Irwin); his wife Lois Wornoff; his sister Kathy Cook; and his father Henry R. Sr. Wornoff. He is survived by: his children, Henry "Hank" Wornoff III (Janie), Heather MacKinnon (Andy) and Kimberly Wornoff; his grandchildren, Sylvia Connors, Cayton Blake, Michael MacKinnon and Leeland Blake; and his brother Bob Wornoff (Mary).
