He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Ann (Wise). He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Testa of Ravenna, Diane Smith (Tony) of Kent and Patricia "Trish" Hogan of Kent; his grandchildren, Jennifer Sullivan (Sean), Matthew Smith (Jaime), Mitchell Smith, Casey Hogan and Keara Hogan; and his great grandchild Elliot Smith. He is also survived by several brother and sisters and many nieces and nephews.
