He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Fuller and Helen Irene Lacy; and his brother Richard R. Fuller. He is survived by: his brother Bruce Fuller of Winter Springs, FL; and his friend Becky Lindsey of Kent. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
