She was predeceased by: her parents, Julias Ritterbusch and Mary Ritterbusch (Renhack); her former husband George Seavers; her husband Edward Polack; and her sister Betty Lanni.
She is survived by: her daughters, Beverley Bilotto (Richard) of Ravenna and Mary Tina Seavers Smith of Brandon; her grandchildren, William Van Sant IV, Eric Van Sant, Adam Smith (Heather) and Sharon Coker (Adam); her great grandchildren, Noah Smith and Lillian Coker; her sisters, Shirley Conrad and Beverly Bishop; and her pet Mindy.
