She is survived by: her children, William Myers (Lisa), Hayden, Hadley and Victoria Polichena (Tyler Stanley); her granddaughter Charlotte; and her children, Alexandria Polichena and Robert Polichena. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great granchildren.
