It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derek Scott Damron of Kent, Ohio, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Oscar P. "Rex" Damron; and his brother Kevin Damron. He is survived by: his mother Dr. Geneva Damron of Kent, OH; his wife Amy Damron (Batchelor); his sons, Kyle Mark (Hannah) and Corey Michael Damron; and his stepson Samuel James Rho.
