He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinstry and Gwendolyn Elizabeth Burroughs. He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae Burroughs; his sister Joy Sullivan; his children, Eric Burroughs (Ruaida), Stasia Markley (Timothy) and Kevin Burroughs (Natalie); his grandchildren, Wesley, Jack and Sadie Mae; his niece Claire; and his nephew Matthew.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bissler and Sons Funeral Home (628 W Main St, Kent, OH 44240). A Mass was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the University Parish Newman Center (1424 Horning Rd, Kent, OH 44240).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Kent Social Services, Portage Animal Protective League, Toys for Tots, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers.
