He is survived by: his parents, David Sr. Ponick and Kimberly Ponick; his daughter Olivia; his siblings, Jason Ponick (Amber), Kristina Ponick and Samantha Ponick (Corey Hartung); his aunt Cindy; and his nieces and nephews, Dylan, Ayden, Alex and Kelsie.
