She was predeceased by: her father George Lesnak. She is survived by: her close friend Allison; her friends, Sherri and Corean; her mother Nancy Campbell (Kotowski); her son Mathew Lesnak; her siblings, Mike Lesnak and Kathy Stanley (Ralph); her nieces and nephews, David, Emma-Jean and Annabel; her brother John Lesnak (Shannon); her nephew George; her niece Grace; her sister Mary Olds; her nieces and nephews, Alexis, Stephanie and Zachary; her brother George Lesnak (Carolyn); her nieces and nephews, Timothy, Rachel, Samuel, Emily, Nicholas and Abigail; her stepmother Edie Lesnak; and her children, Stacie, Kimberly, Lori and Jeanette.
