It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Woodward of Kent, Ohio, born in Fairchance, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Sarah "Sadie" Woodward (Walters); his wife Cecilia Woodward; his son Charles R. Woodward; and his sisters, Janet Springer and Faye White.

He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Steiner (Kevin) of Randolph, Janet Woodward of Kent and Linda Barrett of Kent; his daughter-in-law Marianne Woodward of Cuyahoga Falls; and his brother Jim Woodward. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
