Candace Thaxton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candace Thaxton of Kent, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Mae Lewis (Edwards) and John F. Lewis; and her siblings, John, Daniel, Edward Lewis and LeeAnna Willis.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick Thaxton (Christine) and Sara Giuliano; her grandchildren, Natalie Giuliano (Albert), Elizabeth Giuliano (Andy Sayers), Anthony Giuliano, Jacob Thaxton (Alix), Nicholas Thaxton (Erin) and Hannah Thaxton; and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Dylan, Harvey, Finn and Owen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The United Methodist Church of Kent, Crossroads Hospice Program or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
