It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony C Thewes of Kent, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Thewes and Mary Thewes (Roshong); his siblings, Ann Thewes, Ray Thewes (Marge), Cathy Dunlap (Gene), Mary Lou Aultmann (Claus) and Irene Starr (Richard); and his son Carl Thewes.
He is survived by: his significant other Karol Thewes; his stepchildren, Danielle Mason (Bruce) and Robert Chernek (Terry); and his siblings, Peg Dowling (Tom), Dorothy Shanower (Jack), Edie Shanower (Cal), Rose Thrower (Bob), John Thewes (Lynn), Betsy Hanson (Eric) and Patricia Sells (Ralph).
